• Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Behaviour outcomes cannot be guaranteed, as they depend on individual dogs, environments, and guardian participation.

• Mutts & Mischief provides force-free, science-based support and reserves the right to refuse services where aversive methods are used.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
