All services are delivered online.

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

  • Digital memberships (Pathfinders, Ruff Rangers, Trailblazers)

  • Digital educational products (including Little Trainers League)

  • Downloadable resources and recorded content

  • Community spaces and group learning environments

Our services are educational and supportive in nature.

They do not replace:

  • Veterinary care

  • Medical, psychological, or therapeutic services

  • One-to-one behaviour consultations unless explicitly stated

3. Memberships & Digital Products

​

Instant Access

All memberships and digital products provide immediate access upon purchase.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that access begins straight away.

No Refunds

​

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of our services:

All purchases are non-refundable.

​

This includes:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial use

  • Lack of engagement or time

  • A decision not to continue

​

This applies to:

  • Memberships

  • Digital downloads

  • Courses and educational products

​​

Cancellations (Memberships Only)

​

Memberships may be cancelled at any time via your account dashboard.

​

  • Cancellation stops future payments

  • Access continues until the end of the current billing period

  • No penalties apply

4. Little Trainers League (Children’s Content)

​

Little Trainers League is designed for children with adult supervision.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

  • Assessing suitability for their child

  • Supervising participation

  • Ensuring dogs are interacted with safely and respectfully

We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Unsupervised use

  • Misapplication of guidance

  • Injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions

5. Community Spaces & Conduct

​

Members are expected to engage in a way that is:

  • Respectful

  • Kind

  • Inclusive

  • Non-judgemental

All members must follow the Campfire Code of Kindness.

​

We reserve the right to:

  • Pause or remove access

  • Moderate content

  • Protect the safety and wellbeing of the community

This may occur without refund if guidelines are breached.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Mutts & Mischief is protected by copyright.

​

You may:

  • Use materials for personal or professional learning (where appropriate)

You may not:

  • Share, resell, reproduce, or distribute content

  • Upload materials to third-party platforms

  • Copy content for commercial use without written permission

7. Professional Responsibility (Trailblazers)

 

Trailblazers is a professional-level membership for reflection, discussion, and education.

It does not replace:

  • Formal supervision

  • Therapy

  • Legal or regulatory advice

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality

  • Acting within their professional scope

  • Applying learning ethically

8. Technical Issues & Support

If you experience:

  • Access problems

  • Login issues

  • Missing content

Please contact us and we will aim to resolve the issue promptly.

Technical support does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Changes to Services

We may update:
